Deborah Joyce, MA, MACP, RCC #11233
Life has a way of throwing curve balls, and how we react is key to how we move forward. Have you wondered what is getting in the way of your relationships, your work life, your parenting, your ability to function on many levels? Clinical Counselling can provide you with a sounding board and a safe environment to explore the issues with an experienced professional.

My counselling philosophy
“It is commonly accepted that talking with someone about what is happening in your life can be helpful. When you choose to talk things over with a clinical counsellor, you receive the added value of talking with someone who has the training and experience to support you in a therapeutic setting. Essentially, the answers to your concerns are within you. Counselling is an inside out process that assists you to recognize how your inner self may be creating barriers and challenges that are keeping you from a quality life. Much of the counselling experience is problem solving to find a way forward.
In my practice, I draw on many therapeutic modalities to provide a safe productive environment in which we can work together to explore a range of possibilities. Once we have had a chance to meet and I have a better understanding of your needs, I choose the modalities that are a “best fit” for your situation.
My style is relational, down to earth, and direct, with a little humour to ease the way.”
